Your pup is terribly young so it's hard to say but it could be just poorly bred and be cowhocked or it could be a nutritional problem from being weaned too early. I'd take it to the vet and have him check the hips and patellas just to be on the safe side. I'd definitely call the breeder as they should be notified of any health problems.
