I'm afraid that by using 2 flop eared dogs you have locked in that trait. Flop or tipped ears are a recessive trait and by using 2 dogs that are homozygous recessive for the trait you will have pups that are homozygous for that trait. If you want to continue to breed this bitch I would ollk for a male that is homozygous dominant for erect ears so that you can breed proper yorkies.
