I have had my new pup for about 3 weeks now. He has now made the transition to Innova and is eating the same as my 9 month old yorkie. He is 5 months old and the potty training is extremely slow with him....I am taking them both outside constantly and he gets most of his pee done outside. The poo I know from experience takes longer but my concern/question is this.....he is pooing in the wee wee hours of the morning. Every night since I have had him he poos during sleep time. He is one the same feeding schedule as my other yorkie that poos on schedule every morning and once in awhile at night after dinner. My new pup poos 2-3 times throughout the night between 12am and 4:30am. He is finally mostly getting it on the pee pads but not always. I want to know how do I get his poop schedule to change to the daylight hours? Has anyone else had this problem and solved it? It's bad enough to feel like my life is filled with poo.....hahaha! But to have to get up 3 times a night and clean it up is a total drag.....Hope someone can help me.
