I would suggest getting blood work done. When I worked at a vet clinic, there was a tiny yorkie that came in to be spayed and they did the bloodwork and found out she had a liver shunt. So, I had the bloodwork done on my Chloe, and thank god she didn't have anything wrong with her. But, its always better safe, than sorry.
If you don't have him neutered then he will probably start marking his territory, and if you don't have him neutered or spayed they can get certain cancers in the future and other problems. I read that somewhere, but I might be wrong.. if so then someone can correct me.
