I just found this:
The best first aid for a burn is cold running water. No cloth, no ice as both can do more damage to the skin.

Cold running water can be used for up to 20 minutes, then the skin needs to warm before using the cold water again to prevent damage.

It depends on how bad the burn is and the size. If it's minor without blisters a topical painkiller that can be bought over-the-counter for burns will help.

If the area is large and you have blistering, seek medical help.
