I live in Kings County California. AND it is the lowest ranking county to live in the US
Oh well..... It's because it is a agriculture county and there are so many tiny towns in Kings County . There are farm workers that are undocumented, work for cheap labor. So it is crappy. But, so much less expensive to live. It is a huge plus to single parents. Such as, me. It is quiet here too. ANd nobody bothers you.
