HAHAA, you made perfect sense.
Snoot's pee doesn't go far either but I wasn't sure if that had something to do with his age, lol! I made my fencing so it does NOT attach but I would assume that one that they sell would attach. I noticed that there are tiny holes on the one side of this thing, so I bet that's where the fence would go. The fence I made sits on the floor and just goes around. It fits it so well and doesn't move around. I'm sure you could find something and do a similar fencing like mine.
