I just started to use the gel and spray a couple weeks ago so can't say too much on how it works just yet. Izzy was just starting to get some tartar on her teeth so that is why I started to use.
I use a piece of gauze to put the gel on and then rub on her teeth. I then use two sprays one on each side. I will say she does not have puppy mouth anymore!!
I couldn't use a toothbrush or any of those rubber fingers in her mouth because her mouth is so small but she always let me put my fingers in her mouth to massage since the day I got her so using the gauze with the gel was no problem in getting into her mouth.
Let us know in a month how it's going since that's what they say how long it takes to see results.
