I'm my vet's worst nightmare. When Pixie is sick and it seems serious to me, I just rush her without an appointment and sound hysterical on arrival. She's seen quickly. When Pixie has had an appointment for an innoculation, I've been kept waiting while someone's sick dog is seen immediately. I don't mind it.
I would change vets if I were in your shoes. I hope Scappy will be alright, please update.
