I text like a pro on the Dare. Its actually very easy once you get the hang of it. And if you want the full keyboard on the Dare, all you have to do is turn it sideways. After having it for a week now, I really like it. I don't read manuals so that I can find new things on my own and be surprised.
If you want to get the $99 one, call in to buy it rather than getting it online and ask them for the price with the early upgrade. Good luck and let us know which you pick!
