Many of those 'Pet Dealers' selling puppies in Flea Markets are selling smuggled / stolen puppies. There was a huge story on the news warning people about this....The poor dogs have never seen a vet and are usually ridden with illness ...even worse - parvo runs rampant.
I knew 2 different people that bought puppies at a flea market on impulse - both puppies died with weeks of purchase.
It's disgusting and should be illegal.
