Tinies can not be walked in the heat for any amount of time..IMO
They can run out to potty and come back..IMO
Frankly, it is too much sress on any Yorkies heart to be overheated...I would be very careful...I live in south Florida..mine follow me outside for a couple minutes..but are never walked in the heat..
