OMG. I have to say that something sounds very OFF there. I see you are in PA. I am also and have 5 gorgeous babies ready now. Mine come with Official AKC Registration Certificate, Health Record, Guarantee of Good Health, a copy of the Dog Purchaser Protection Act, a statement pursuant to the DPPA initialed by both Seller and Purchaser, copies of both parents’ AKC pedigrees, a Litter Certificate, a Bill of Sale, and a Health Guarantee that is honored until the age of one year.
