Yep, I signed it several times also. She doesn't deserve to own any animal. I hope this helps to keep the poor things from going back to her.
Just goes to show there's something terribly wrong with our justice system when someone that is proven guilty of animal cruelty can get off with a technicality.
Anyone giving any of those dogs back to her knowing the conditions they were in, will be committing the same crime she's committed.
