Just a question, how long would a disease like the one your puppy had take to cause such a horrible outcome if left untreated? Sorry if my question seems cold and mean, but maybe an answer to a question like that could help explain it a bit more. |
Well, I guess I don't really understand the question. I took him to the vet immediately, I got up to check on him and he was just acting
off. He normally nibbled on my fingers and he just wasn't himself, so I took him straight to the vet. Also, its a bad sign when tiny yorkies aren't eating. I now understand this can be a warning sign of a serious problem like this one. Even while in an oxygen chamber and on medicine, nothing could be done for him. He was only 11 weeks old when he died. He had renal dysplasia with metastatic mineralization and metastatic mineralization in his lungs.
