Yeah, Julz is right. The problem is usually that you're trying to upload too large of a file. You're allowed up to 200 kilobytes maximum. I usually shrink my pictures to 4" x 6."

If you don't have software to shrink pictures, an easy workaround is to go to Resize Images online and follow those instructions.

Also, Admin has a sticky on the My Yorkie Photos forum that tells you how to download free software for shrinking pictures. Here's that link.
