They offer cash back reward 1% on purchase. And the 25% bonus is a free upgrade that they sent me a letter about it bcoz of my status and relationship with them. I have the No Hassle CashSM Rewards. It is 1% cash back on all regular purchases and 2% cash back on purchases at gas stations and major grocery stores. I told them I didn't want the 2% cash back on gas and grocery since I don't use capital one for gas and grocery. I use Costco Amex for it. So, that's why they said they would offer me 25% year end bonus.
