Actually - it does. I put my sunglasses on the other day that stay in my car when I left work & thought I had 3rd deg. burns ....I can't WAIT for late september.
and the AIR CONDITIONING BILLS make it even worse...I had downgrade my phone plan to a bare minimum just so I can pay electricity.
