This guy has been around for awhile. No one in the State takes any of his suggestions, the lie about "duck and Cover" In the USA Building codes are much more enhanced and You WILL save a life if you duck and cover in the United States. He has been asked by some groups to supply proof and photos which he never does. Please who ever is looking at this guy to take a look at the program I ran and still teach, you can get a feel for it on this comprehensive web site.
