Ugh ... I've been dealing with the same sickness for the last 10 days, and am pretty much convinced it's the devil.
I agree that it would be best if sister could stay at the breeder's until the infection is gone. My Yorkie puppy passed the infection on to our adult German Spitz, and now we're dealing with an epidemic. All it takes is one microscopic cyst to infect another dog. If you decide to bring home the other little one, definitely keep them completely separated and disinfect everything frequently with diluted bleach water. Right now our dogs are even "going" on different lawns, because apparently the coccidia cysts can live in the poop outside for a month.
