You should wait about 3-4 weeks between shots.
Some vets start at 6 weeks but that is very young, especially for Yorkies.
What was the brand of the wormer?
Vomiting is not normal.
What color are his/her gums? Pink or pale? If they are anything but pink it is an emergency. If the vomiting continues call the vet. It would be a good idea to call even if it doesn't continue.
