It might have been 'something' at one point in time, but looks likes something that has just been decomposing. My question is, who took the picture? How did it just 'disappear' without a trace, no accountability for it, but still there's a picture? And if it were a gov't experiment, I seriously doubt they'd just toss it in the water... |
The link you posted with the raccoon is the most plausible explanation if it isn't a hoax. The theory I heard about it being an experiment from Plum island was that something escaped. Not at the top my my list of explanations but there you have it.
