Five weeks is way too young to give shots.
That said, what is done is done and if they are all acting fine, it should be okay.
You might have to give an extra round though since this set would've just interfered with maternal antibodies and made those and the vaccine ineffective.

You will probably need to give three more rounds three to four weeks apart or give two (less likely the vet will want to go this way), three to four weeks apart after waiting a few weeks.
