Thanks for the replies
I went home on my lunch break and put a layer of kibble in the bottom of Layla's bowl and put some warm water overtop. By the end of my break the outsides were pretty mushy but still hard inside. I gave her one and she took it under the table (where she always takes things to eat) but she just put it down. But before I left I couldn't find it! I left the kibble with the water down for her and we'll see if she eats any before we leave later today. It was just one tooth and she doesn't seem to be in too much pain, she's running around, throwing her ball and chasing after it.
I think I might take some Cesar with me, if it makes her happy lol
