OK so I feel really guilty when I am eating and bailey is growling down below for me to throw her a bite of my dinner, like I am teasing her or leaving her out or something. So I usually end up locking her upstairs in my room until dinner/lunch/breakfast is over and I feel so sad for her being locked away but I am not crazy about feeding her a lot of people food and it is really annoying when she paws at me constantly and begs. I try demanding for her to sit or go lay down but she only continues to growl and paw. Now I am thinking I made a terrible mistake for ever giving her little nibbles of what I was eating. Do you do this too or what can I do to get her to stop begging? I throw her a treat but obviously I can't give her too many, and giving her toys doesn't distract her either.
She is serious about wanting my plate.
