Frontline should not be used more often than once a month. Flea meds are completely full of chemicals/toxins...Yes, they kill the fleas, but they are also toxins that your baby's body is taking in.
I'm so sorry that you're in this situation. I would definitely ask the landlord to get rid of the fleas outside. She's probably bringing them in with her when she goes out, so you probably need to treat your home for fleas. You can buy borax and sprinkle it all over your carpets. Leave it down for a couple of hours and vacuum it up. *Make sure your dog is not in the home during that time. Ingesting borax is dangerous.* Anyway, it helps get rid of any fleas/eggs that might be in your home.
