Yesterday I dropped Krissie and Ollie off at the groomer for a bath and spa treatments at 11:00 in the AM. One of the owner's help got sick and went home. They didn't call and didn't call! I called them around 1:00PM and they said they were being dryed. They were not ready until 6:00PM and they were STARVED for water. I was in tears, knowing that my babies had been without water for so long. When Ollie got into the car, he was sticking his tongue in my water bottle. I kept pouring water into my hand and letting them drink. I was totally exasperated!!

I can imagine that being under the heat of a dryer only dehydrates them more! I am changing groomers!
