I couldn't help but smile when I read your post. I think all yorkies have distraction issues..
Odie is 8 months old and he is just now doing all his business OUTSIDE!! finally.
now he does once and a while use his pee pad but on the whole he is going out. It is so nice too.. no more poop to pick up in the house. Funny thing though, we are still picking up poop outside...
Go figure.
It does get better as they mature.
