Hi! If your baby is ok with the top knot (doesn't paw at it constantly) then it should be ok overnight. I do recomend that my customers take the band out and redo it at least every other day. I like to redo it everyday. It looks better that way and you can inspect that area to make sure it isn't hurting your baby! Also, Petsilk topknot gel is the bomb! It helps keep all of those little stray hairs in place!
