well it depends.. do you like the city.. countryside? do you like the state youre living in now..etc? i live near seattle.. and its sooo boring here too and there is nothing holding me back now.. i really want to move to san fran.. i like the environment and culture there way better than boring WA
but ya i say if your parents are supportive then you should definitely move if you dont like it there anymore!
