It is if you order anything that might be heavy. Such as ceramic dog bowls. I dont think its too bad if you just buy clothes(at least the clothes are cheap enough that the shipping doesnt seem that bad). But I always place large orders with them and my shipping is like$30-$40 for ups ground. I have had a lot of problems with everything I want to buy being back ordered. My bowls are backordered for 2 months!!!!
