Nutri-cal - is to treat hypoglycemia. If their blood sugar gets too low, you will need this. Some never need it. Some do. When they are very small, they are more likely to suffer from it. It usually occurs when they go too long without eating, but not always.

I forgot to tell you where to get it. You can get it or a similar product at pet supply stores or your vet's office.

Having it on hand is better than the risk of losing your yorkie to a hypoglycemic attack.
