Just got my baby and am having a hard time when i take her hair bows out. I want to be so gentle but they seem to get twisted up in her hair. She's such a good girl and will sit for me as i work hard to get the matted fur untangled and the bow out without pulling her fur out. Does anyone have an idea? I took the suggestion of many of you and have ordered the day to day shampoo and conditioner and the ice ice hoping this will help.
