Put a shirt you wore in the kennel that smells like you, maybe he won't get so lonely. I had a Bichon once that cried every night. Out of desperation we put her kennel in a dark room. She became so quiet we worried, we checked and she was sleeping. I called the breeder and asked her if she had the pups in a room with a night light or total darkness at night. She said the room was dark unless the headlights of a car hit the window. That made sense, the dog was used to sleeping in a dark room and didn't like the night light I had. So from then on out she slept in a dark room and we never heard a peep. |
