I have been walking her a lot. It's good for both of us. She did lose the extra lb. I am happy with her weight. I want to keep her fit now rather than have to get many pounds off later. She's great now. My goal now is to find a food that will satisfy her and then all things will be right in her Yorkie World.
Thanks so much for your suggestions.
Canidae is good but they are going through a formula change right now so be sure to ask if it's the old or new formula and if it's the old one, you will need to switch her food gradually when you buy another bag. Don't forget to switch gradually this time too.

My hungry one is my lazy one... so don't read too much into it. She may just really like food! You can motivate her with tiny treats to train her or you can try a puzzle toy that you put her kibble in and it takes her a while to get it out. If she is eating too quickly, she is probably not digesting. We are going to try 3 meals a day instead of two and see if that stops the "FEED ME NOW" pawing at the food bowl at 4:00 every day.

Good luck!
