He has never had a blood sugar problem, not even when he was tiny. He's bigger (5lbs) so I think that helps. Last Feb. I think it was he had an intestinal problem with diarhea. He had it for a day and a half and then crashed. We rushed him two hours off the mountain to the ER, he stayed at the vet for two days on fluids and other stuff b/c he had gotten very dehydrated. He was about 4lbs at that time but like I said, had diahrea for about two days. However, until he crashed he was acting totally like himself. He has had a few bouts of intestinal problems but that stopped in Feb. after I changed foods. I am really worried. His shaking has subsided....
