I agree with you. I hate it when I see one of my neighbors letting their dogs potty in my yard. I don't so much mind the pee, but the poop just drives me crazy. There are suspose to pick it up, but never do. I don't let my dogs potty in their yard and I would like the same in return. I confronted the neighbor the other day and asked them not to let their dog poop in my yard. Their response was "Well, where are is he suspose to do his business"!
