Seeing I used to be a dept mgr in a supermarket I would suggest just
to call the local stores and ask directly to speak to someone in the
meat dept. They can then tell you if they carry it or if they don't they
will usually be able to lead you to who does. Sometimes too if you
specifically request something they will usually go above and beyond
to fill your request. Don't feel weird about asking though because it
isn't actually that unusual of an item.
