I get worried when he doesn't eat in the morning b/c then I leave for work and he's home for about 7 hours without any food in his tummy. I sprinkled some kibble in his ex-pen along with a few treats and I came home he didn't touch any of it.
He's on wellness super5mix for puppies, dry and wet, and at first he loved it and would even turn in circles in the morning when I put the bowl down, but it's been about a month and he's starting to get picky.
Oh - also, has anyone ever heard of lammy curls? I bought a pack today, but they seem kinda greasy for being just roasted lamb ears. Are they safe?? |
you don't want to get into the whole picky eater problem. I give them what i have (which is a premium food) and if they don't eat it, then they have to wait till next meal time. when morgan was a puppy i didn't let get picky. i didn't change her food for the first few months because i didn't want her to start holding out for something better. now she eats everything i give her
