I would'nt say they were tossing out when there trying to find it a Better home, They could have just dumped it at the vet or shelter.

I agree with you Lenora. I put myself in her shoes and if it were Buddy
I don't know what I would do. I have to work and if he needed 24/7 care
how would he get it? I pray I never have to find out but I can understand
this persons situation and my heart aches for her and that little one who
now needs to not only adjust to being helpless but a new owner too.
Very sad.
