I wouldn't judge..... it sounds like this yorkie need's alot if not 24/7 care This person says they have to work, An injured dog shouldn't be by itself all day.
I would'nt say they were tossing out when there trying to find it a Better home, They could have just dumped it at the vet or shelter.
I hope he finds the perfect home!
