We have 2 yorkies, one cocker spaniel and a cat. It's really funny because at bedtime, they all line up on the bed knowing it's treat time....even the cat! Lucy scarfs down hers, snags the cat's and poor Ian, who is very shy and skiddish anyway, has to be protected until he finishes his, which by the way, we have to break into small pieces for him because he acts like he doesn't know how to chew them. Anyway, all of the above makes for a stressful treat time.
I did start working with her last night about waiting, but she is so focused on the treat that I almost feel hopeless about it! She is such a little booger!!!
