I just got off the phone with Wellness and asked them if they have the Wellness Core available for small breeds. (I spoke with a lady named Heather) She said they don't have the Wellness Core for small breed adults right now but she'd be happy to pass the suggestion along them. I told her about YT and let her know that there are others here that are interested in the Wellness Core but they haven't been able to find it for small breed adults either. She asked if I could ask all of you who are interested in this to please call them and let them know you'd be interested in the Wellness Core for small breed adults, hopefully if they get enough suggestions they may very well do this.
