From the first night we brought her home, Bitsy slept in her crate. We placed it on our bed between us so that she could see/hear us and she only cried for a minute or two the first few nights. We would put our fingers through the crate door so that she would know we were there and she would calm down. After 3 months in the crate, sleeping all night with no potty accidents in the crate, she graduated to sleeping in the bed with us. She either sleeps on the bed between us or on my pillow curled around my head. |
