Everyone is different and reacts differently to different shampoos. I have tried quite a few
but the only one that works great for my furbabies are the petsilk brand
- and yes I do shampoo them, and then conditioner and then when blow drying put a serum on their coat to make it sooo shiny and to finish it off a spritz of cologne . . .they have been using the products for 2 years now and LOVE IT . . I will be carrying it soon on my website.
