I would suggest writing everything down....explain all your symptoms, even if they sound ridiculous to you they are very important in diagnosing the situation. Keep in mind that those things don't really matter but your brain is telling you that it's a big deal. Once you are balanced most of it will go away and you will feel a big relief.
