Oh, how absolutely WONDERFUL these two videos were to watch!!!! I cried happy tears through their entirety. I think about Patticake and Papi all the time. So, you can imagine my heart when Joan emailed me to tell me that this video was on YT. Thank you, Joan!!

Papi, Patticake acts SO MUCH like Deucy and looks just like him when she looks up at you for her treat after waiting patiently at the curb for the command. Absolutely PERFECT. Her little shining (sparkling) eyes looking up at you in the sunlight and the little squint she has is identical to Deucy's. When she stops to smell the flowers and plants, it is Deucy all over again. I started taking him outside to smell the flowers in bloom in my yard as a little puppy. He still does it every day there are flowers in bloom. I SO ENJOYED every minute of these videos. Thank you, thank you, thank you. This means so much to me...to see you and Patticake going through one of your routines together. Patticake has the good life with you Papi and yes, she is VERY smart. Somehow, someday, I wish we could have a meeting of Patticake, Baker, Deucy and Sadie Ann. What a reunion that would be!!!

This has prompted me to take video of Deucy and share on this thread so that others can see the unmistakable characteristics/traits that this family of puppies shares. I will ask Pauline to do the same with Baker and Laurie to do the same with Sadie Ann (their mama). What beautiful animals they all are.
