You as the breeder set the tone..you start out stating what type home YOU are looking to place your pups. You want a pet home, limited regs etc..the breeders will thank you for your time and hang up.
You ask the questions...you do not say.."what are you looking for"..you say.." I have a litter I am placing in the right situation. I want a pet home only, no breeding kennels, thank you for understanding my position..If the breeder lies, and they do all the time to me. Check them out and when they call back, remind them you are not selling to a breeding home..goodbye
PS..Limited Regs stops breeders...a spay/neuter contract stops them also.
