That is a small pup. If this is all true the puppy must have thought the infant was a toy, and jumped on the baby. The pup must have bit this infant on the neck, or head.
The adults need to be hed responsible for leaving a tiny infant unattended . Who knows what they were doing? If they had not left their baby for so long then this would have never occured. I blame them!
