Glad that your going to look at him before you bring him home. Just look at a lot of Yorkie pics that way when you see him you'll have a better idea of what he really should look like. The only thing that puts a flag up for me, since you think that you want to breed him later on is the ears not being erect. That really could be hereditary, not mites, and if you assume that his ears would be up, if not for the mites, and you pass this trait on, it is not good. If you're just going to keep him as a pet there's nothing wrong with down ears, my Barney has those ears, but he's fixed. I don't know if I would take the chance of breeding him, since you can't see his partents for their ears...
